Courtney Neff
About
Courtney joined the firm in early 2024, after leaving a smaller personal injury firm.
Originally from Neosho, Missouri, Courtney attended Pittsburg State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. Shortly after graduating in 2019, Courtney attended The University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Throughout her time in law school, she gravitated toward everything that allowed her to immerse herself in the art of trial work. She competed on UALR’s Mock Trial Competition Team, she was a Rule XV prosecutor, and she clerked for one of Little Rock’s top personal injury firms.
After law school, Courtney made the move from Little Rock to Kansas City and continues to explore her passion of trial advocacy through Shamberg, Johnson, and Bergman. It is here where she uses her love for advocacy, and empathy for others, to fight for those who need it.
Outside of work, she enjoys golf, tennis, fishing, pickleball, and just about any other recreational sport she can get her hands on. Most importantly, Courtney is a passionate Chiefs fan.
