Jane Rose
About
Jane joined Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Jane clerked in Kansas City both at the state and federal level, advocated for tenants and families in the Kansas City Public School District with Legal Aid of Western Missouri, and defended clients of a nationwide firm in all phases of litigation.
Growing up in Blue Springs, Missouri, Jane graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Missouri Law Review, President of the Women’s Law Association, and published twice. Prior to law school, Jane earned her B.A. from Purdue University with a double major in linguistics and religious studies.
Jane fundamentally believes the best way to achieve a favorable outcome for her clients is through honest and clear communication. Her clients benefit from her compassion, transparency, and ability to tailor her advocacy to the needs of each unique situation. With Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman, Jane fights to achieve justice for each client.
Besides advocating, Jane enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, cheering for the chiefs, and scuba diving.
