Attorney David Morantz Appointed to Kansas Judicial Council

At Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman, we are excited to announce big news for Attorney David R. Morantz: he has been appointed to the Kansas Judicial Council, Civil Code Advisory Committee!

The administration of justice and the application of legislation are highly delicate processes. Laws need to be effective just as much as they need to be fair. The Kansas Judicial Council continuously studies the state’s judicial system to look for flaws or errors and recommend changes designed to improve the use of the law for everyone. The Civil Code Advisory Committee is the branch of the Kansas Judicial Council that specifically monitors Kansas’s civil code and related areas of the law.

Attorney Morantz originally joined Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman in 2005. Throughout the years, he has gained impressive insight into civil law, specifically its application in injury claims and lawsuits. With his knowledge and experience, he earned an appointment to the Civil Code Advisory Committee, where he can directly apply and share his talents.
